Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original product packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing list.
A one-time price adjustment will be granted when an original store sales receipt is presented within 14 days or purchase. Store credit will be issued for all unworn returns accompanied by a store receipt after 15 days of purchase.
Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of store credit. Merchandise credit will be issued for returns of beauty and personal care items accompanied by a store receipt within 7 days of purchase. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note: Our store is unable to process refunds for website orders with a PayPal payment method. A Merchandise credit will be issued for these items.
